Tour Check-in Information
Pick-up will be at 2 PM **sharp** at the Treasure Island Hotel’s Tour Bus Lobby (Walk out of the TI main entrance, make a right. Walk past valet and make another right.) Look for the bus that says ‘Rockstar’ on the side

*It is extremely important to make it to check-in at the designated time. We are unable to accept anyone who is late & no refunds will be given. Also, please use the restroom prior to boarding the bus, a restroom stop will be made on this tour.
*We will return you to Treasure Island Hotel at the end of the tour
Tour Information:
1. CHECK-IN
You do not need to print out the confirmation. You can just check in under the name you reserved under.
2. WHAT TO WEAR
Comfortable clothing and shoes. Sunglasses are recommended. During the winter months, bring a jacket. During warmer months, bring a hat and sunscreen.
3. FOOD & DRINKS
Feel free to bring non-alcoholic drinks on board this family friendly tour. Alcoholic drinks and food are not allowed on the bus.
4. ITEMS PROHIBITED IN BUS
The following items will not be allowed on the bus: mobility scooters, wheelchairs, strollers, luggage, and bags larger than a backpack.
Cancellations- Any cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the date of your scheduled tour and will incur a $15 per ticket cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued within the 72 hours prior to your scheduled tour. We apologize in advance if you have any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies that come up but this policy will be strictly enforced.
Bus Rules:
Throwing up in the bus will result in a $300 fine and your entire group will be removed from the vehicle.
No eating of food, smoking or vaping will be allowed on the bus. This is out of respect to others on the vehicle and their tour experience.
By attending this tour you agree to be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle including:
Broken TV: $300
Smoking fine: $100
Broken window: $1000-$5000
Holes in the seat: $100
Opening the emergency hatch in a non-emergency situation: $150
Broken table: $150
Any inappropriate behavior or unwanted touching of other guests or hosts will result in you being asked to leave the tour with no refund.
